What is Tomorrow's stablecoin reserve overlay?

A GENIUS Act-compatible OTC derivative that swaps a stablecoin issuer's permitted-reserve (T-bill or repo) return into commodity, RWA, or CTA total-return exposure. A structural floor in the payoff ensures the issuer always receives at least the specified minimum percentage. Seven SCO-* templates are available: SCO-TAILLOCK, SCO-FLOOR, SCO-COLLAR, SCO-CTA, SCO-GOLD, SCO-ENERGY, and SCO-RWA.

What is the ISDA Negotiation War Room?

Does Tomorrow have an order book?

No. Tomorrow operates bilateral IOI (indication of interest) flow only, consistent with Section 2(h)(7) of the Commodity Exchange Act. There is no central order book and no click-to-execute.

What is a perpetual event contract?

A swap with no fixed expiry. A continuous funding rate anchors the contract to fair value. Used for key-person continuity, political risk, regulatory exposure monitoring, and ongoing macro risk transfer between eligible institutions.

Who can use Tomorrow?

Eligible contract participants (ECPs) as defined in CEA Section 1a(18) — typically institutions with total assets exceeding $10M. Core users include community banks, universities and endowments, gaming operators, commercial hedgers, and stablecoin reserve managers.

Is Tomorrow's stablecoin reserve overlay GENIUS Act compliant?

Yes. Tomorrow's eligibility gate evaluates every structure against GENIUS Act reserve requirements — permitted-asset categories, concentration limits, and floor-protection invariants. The platform refuses to structure or draw on a facility that would breach reserve compliance.
