Institutional counterparties

Provide capacity to Tomorrow’s private book—or originate portfolio-aware risk transfer with named evidence, bespoke payoff geometry and terms built for the horizon.Live bilateral RFQs are limited to verified ECPs and remain subject to documentation, credit and capacity review.

Institutional risk transfer

Capacity follows the mandate.

Quote prepared RFQs or originate from your portfolio. Nothing becomes firm before evidence, eligibility and capacity are approved.

01

Set the mandate

Set subjects, sides, maturities, size bands and exclusions once. Only matching RFQs enter your workspace. The mandate never obligates a quote or reserves capacity.

Permissioned by subject, side and size
02

Originate the exposure

Bring a balance-sheet, P&L or concentration exposure. Tomorrow maps the driver, basis risk and desired protection, then prepares terms sized to the portfolio.

Portfolio driver → measurable offset
03

Specify the payoff

Every RFQ names the reference, the authority, the observation schedule, the threshold, the fallback and the payoff across outcomes — CPI-U as published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics on its monthly release, say, against a threshold, range or capped gradient. The indicative model adds its inputs, confidence band and revision history; a firm price exists only after quote.

Named evidence · visible geometry
04

Match the horizon

Use a multi-year fixed term when the thesis has an endpoint. Use a perpetual only for a genuinely recurring regime with no fixed expiry. Funding, observation, fallback and termination mechanics are written before quote.

Fixed term or true perpetual
05

Become an approved counterparty

Introduction, entity and ECP verification, credit and documentation, then mandate activation. Membership begins review; it does not confer ECP status or execution access. Each position requires a named counterparty, consent and transaction-specific capacity.

ECP · credit · documentation

Indicative terms only. Nothing here is an offer. Live bilateral execution is limited to verified Eligible Contract Participants and remains subject to documentation, credit and available capacity.
